At Omega Militaria, we stand by the quality of our surplus and vintage-inspired apparel. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to HQ
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
